About Us

Africa Vision Tract House Society (AVTHS) is a missionary, non-profit-making, non-governmental, and international organisation for social development and charitable purposes. It is the strategic missionary arm of the Nigeria Christian Graduate Fellowship (NCGF), an interdenominational and evangelical body of Christian intellectuals who use the benefit and opportunity of their knowledge and exposure to harness resources for the nations of Africa and the world in general.

AVTHS was established in 1997 by the NCGF and is independently registered with the governments of Nigeria, Ghana, and The Gambia as a charity organisation. AVTHS has the mission to write, publish, print, and distribute FREE gospel tracts and Christian literature in different languages for the execution of the Great Commission, to equip people for His Kingdom, and to meet basic human needs through appropriate social, medical, educational, and relief projects.

The project is focused on sending the message of hope, life and love to the nooks and crannies of the world, and equipping missionaries, churches, and para-church organizations with materials for evangelism.

The spread of AVTHS activities has also been made possible through partnerships with groups such as English and Portuguese Speaking Africa (EPSA) of the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES), Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF), Calvary Ministries (CAPRO), Family Renaissance International (FRI), and Well of Salvation, among a list too long to mention.

All the gospel tracts are distributed for free as the Lord provides funds through the willing partnerships of Christian friends, organisations and churches.

We are confident that the availability of gospel tracts in a people’s native tongues, along with free medical outreach programmes, will result in a profound shift in the target community. This change will result in increased academic and professional productivity, raised societal awareness of personal and public hygiene and sanitation, and improved personal fulfilment and affirmation that foster healthy self-esteem.
