The Africa Vision Tract House Society (AVTHS) – Nigeria Christian Graduate Fellowship (NCGF) team conducted a one-day Medical Mission for residents of Ididep, Ibiono Ibom Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State, on Saturday, 30 September 2023.
The outreach provided free medical services and evangelism as part of a series of activities accompanying the burial ceremony of the father-in-law of one of our partners. The mission combined healthcare, counselling, and the preaching of the Word of God to minister holistically to the community.
The Medical Mission achieved the following outcomes:
i. A total of 120 persons, including children, were treated.
ii. 41 individuals made decisions for Jesus Christ.
The AVTHS-NCGF medical team comprised three medical doctors, two nurses, four counsellors, and a mission coordinator.
We thank God Almighty for His mercy and provision throughout the mission and for the opportunity to partner with Him in the ministry of healing and restoring lost souls through medicine and the preaching of the Word of Faith.
